By using the services provided by Carbon Inspect Canada (referred to as “CIC”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
- General Conditions
CIC reserves the right to to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Liabilities
Our reports are based on the condition of the bike at the time of inspection and may not cover issues that arise after the inspection date. While we strive for accuracy, our reports may not uncover every potential problem or defect in a bike. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safe use of the inspected bike.
- Confidentiality
CIC respects the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any information obtained during the inspection process without the client’s consent. We may, however, share non-identifying, aggregated data for research or marketing purposes.
